2. Customized & Personalized Products – Final Sale
All customized, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted unless the item is defective or an error was made by Port’s Cozy Corner. Customers are responsible for verifying all order details prior to purchase.
3. Online Purchase Return Policy
Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping is non-refundable.
4. In-Store Purchase Return Policy
Returns must be made within 3 days with a valid receipt. Items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Customized items, jewelry, beauty products, candles (if used), clearance items marked final sale, and gift cards.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed for eligible items and are subject to product availability.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
Must be reported within 3 days with photos. Replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion.
8. Order Accuracy & Responsibility
Customers are responsible for correct order details. We are not liable for customer errors or shipping delays.
9. Shipping Policy
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk transfers once the item is shipped.
10. Pricing & Availability
Prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel orders or limit quantities.
11. Store Credit
Store credit may be issued at our discretion and has no cash value.

15. Payment Methods & Service Charges
A 3% service charge may be applied to Wholesale, Employee Apparel, and Customized orders paid by credit card. Cash payments have no service charge. Checks may be accepted on a case-by-case basis with prior approval. Orders will not be processed until payment is received, and deposits may be required.
